There are still some minor issues but the major ones have been addressed enough to close.

Sky black and white
Menus/Screens incorrect
Sunglare incorrect: covers objects rather then being translucent and going behind solid objects

This game really does look amazing i mean wow drop jaw amazing.

The only problem is it has a real slow down issue on the intro video after you press start a new game and let it run.

bellow you will see an image f the emu in window mode so you can see the fps at a staggering 1.47fps..... in game this seems fine and i must add this is just playing normal i was not recording video at this time...

Then under that the amazing shots of this game slow video in action

First off wow! this looks truly amazing but there seems to be 1 issue:

There is a depth issue it seems that can be seen when you start the game and watch the lights not going behind objects.

Walls
Characters etc

Using Force Depth Compare has no effect of correcing this

This Game has Issues slightly different on both Regions:

The (E) Region:
Res Issues (screen too small)
uCode=1 Shows Character Text but everything else wrong
uCode=4 shows fine but Character Text missing

The (U) Region:
Res Issues (screen too big)
